GanttFather release v0.32.1
The GanttFather workspace after this release, with dependencies and the critical path visible.

New

  • The bell now shows what happens while you are elsewhere: tasks assigned to you, requests to edit your project, people who join or wait for a seat, and invitations that could not be sent.
  • It also tells you when a payment does not go through, when a project becomes read-only, and when a report or an Azure DevOps sync you started is ready or fails.
  • A notification takes you to the exact place to act on it: approve an access request, admit someone, update your card or download a report.
  • Your notifications are the same on every device, and new ones arrive while GanttFather is open.

Improved

  • Things that need you stay at the top of the bell until they are handled.
  • Your own actions no longer fill the bell. They show as a short message, with Undo where it helps.
  • Owners and admins can admit someone who is waiting for a seat from the Team page.
  • The weekly status email now goes only to members of the project.

Bug Fixes

  • Requests to edit a project now reach the owner and admins even when the owner has no email address.
  • You can turn the weekly status email on again in Settings → Notifications.
