    Need a third editor on a project? Add an active editor. Editing a project someone else owns is always free — the owner covers it.

Questions about the bill

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Projects beyond your free allowance become read-only until you either free up a slot or resume the subscription — your data and history stay intact.

Do viewers ever cost anything?

No. Viewers and guests are unlimited and free on every plan, including free. That includes clients you hand a spectator link to.

Who pays when I edit someone else's project?

The owner. Editing a project you do not own never costs you a seat — the owner's project covers the seats it needs.

Can I mix billing cycles?

Yes. Each project slot and each editor seat is its own subscription, so you can hold some annually and some monthly, and cancel individually.

Is there a refund window?

Seven days on any paid plan, no questions. Cancel anytime after that and the change takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
