- Adaptive compact panel. Narrow the panel and Status becomes a glanceable shape (○ open, ◐ in progress, ✓ done) and Assigned a single avatar — task names keep the room.
- Double-click the divider to fit your longest task name; double-click again to reset.

- Freer panel resize. Drag from slim to nearly full screen; width and collapsed state are remembered per project.
- Names first. Fixed column widths — every extra pixel goes to the task name. Hover to read long ones.
