Hierarchical Azure DevOps queries import correctly

Hierarchical Azure DevOps queries now import your work items. Saved queries built as "Tree of work items" or "Work items and direct links" previously finished without importing anything. GanttFather now reads Azure's relation-based results and brings in both the parent and child work items the query returns.
