- Weekly project status emails. Each project can send a once-a-week email — overall progress and how much it moved this week, what’s overdue, and what’s due next. A clear, scannable snapshot without opening the app.
- Pick the day and time. Choose when it goes out in Settings → Notifications. Everyone on the project receives it at that time in their own timezone.
- Share with people outside your team. Add clients or stakeholders as extra recipients — they get the same status by email, no account needed, and can unsubscribe anytime.
- You’re in control. Turn a project’s report on or off, and anyone can stop their own emails from Settings → Notifications.
