Features
- A real editor, not a plain text box. Task descriptions now format as you type — headings, bold, italic, strikethrough, bulleted and numbered lists, quotes, and links — no syntax to remember.
- Type
/for anything. A quick command menu drops in a heading, list, checklist, quote, table, or code block in a single keystroke — no hunting through toolbars. - Select to format. Highlight any text and a small toolbar appears to bold, italicize, or link it, just like your favorite document tools.
- Checklists, tables, and code. Track sub-steps with tickable checklists, lay out details in tables, and share snippets in clean code blocks.
- Rearrange in a drag. Grab any block and drop it where it belongs to reshape your notes.
- Add images right where the context is. Drop, paste, or upload screenshots and diagrams straight into a description instead of scattering them elsewhere. Images are optimized automatically so they stay fast to load, and they remain private to your project.
- Attach files to any task. Add documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, or any file (up to 5 MB each) right on a task, then download them anytime. Attachments stay private to your project.
- Bring your existing notes with you. Copy from Azure DevOps, Word, Google Docs, or a web page and paste it in — headings, lists, tables, and styling all come along, instead of flattening into plain text.
- A focused full-screen view. Open a task to full screen for a distraction-free, document-style space: the description fills the page on the left while status, dates, priority, and every other detail sit neatly in a side panel.
