- Your editor seats are one flexible pool. The seats that come with your projects now form a single pool you can use however you like across all of them — bring your whole team into one project, or spread editors across several. No need to create extra projects to unlock seats you already have.
- A clear new “Projects & editors” home for your plan. See your projects, how many editor seats you’re using, and exactly what’s covered — all at a glance, in plain language.
- Clearer team roles. People on a project now read simply as Editor or Viewer, so it’s obvious who can make changes and who’s following along. Admins and editors each use a seat; viewers and guests are always free.
- No surprises when you transfer a project. Handing a project to someone else now spells out that they’ll become responsible for that project’s editors before you confirm.
- See when a deleted project will be removed for good. Removed projects show a clear “Deletes in N days” countdown during their grace period, so you have time to restore one if you change your mind.
- If you already have a subscription, nothing changes. Your subscription keeps working exactly as it is — it simply counts as a project, with all the access you have today. You’ll only ever see the new options if you choose to add more.
