Features
- Configure which days of the week your team works. Open the Team tab to select working days — no longer limited to Monday through Friday. Three-day weeks, weekend shifts, and any custom pattern are now supported.
- Add team-wide holidays and days off. Create entries like “Christmas” or “Company Retreat” that automatically apply to every member. Recurring holidays (yearly, monthly, weekly) are supported so you only set them up once.
- Set a custom working schedule per member. Part-timers, weekend-only workers, or anyone with a non-standard week can have their own working days that override the project default.
- Track individual days off per member. Add vacation, sick leave, or any absence with start and return dates. A “working days consumed” counter shows the real impact after excluding weekends and holidays.
- Task durations are now measured in working days. The duration input, labels, and date calculations all use working days. Calendar days appear alongside for reference (e.g., “3 working days (5 calendar)”). Changing a duration or start date automatically skips non-working days.
- All project metrics use working days. Health score, SPI, deviation analysis, projected end date, planned vs actual progress, and burndown — every calculation excludes non-working days for accurate performance tracking.
- Critical path analysis uses working days. Both the Gantt chart and list view compute float and critical duration in working days when a calendar is configured.
- The Gantt chart shades your actual non-working days instead of always highlighting Saturday and Sunday. The shading follows your project’s working-day configuration.
- Each team member shows a schedule overview at a glance. Day-of-week dots and an “upcoming days off” badge appear on every member row so you can spot availability without opening each profile.
- Shared spectator views honor the project calendar. Public links now show the correct non-working day shading and duration calculations.
Bug Fixes
- The sidebar now matches the Bone theme. Previously the sidebar stayed white regardless of which canvas theme you chose.
- Your sidebar collapse preference now persists. Expanding or collapsing the sidebar is remembered across sessions.
- Milestone markers on the Gantt chart are now correctly positioned when non-working days change the effective timeline span.
