## New

- **Map Azure states to your own statuses.** Each Azure DevOps state maps to one exact project status, per work-item type — so a Bug and a User Story can treat the same state name differently, and custom statuses like “In QA” are valid targets.

- **Choose what gets published back.** For each status, pick the one Azure state GanttFather writes when you publish.

- **A dedicated mapping workspace.** Configure fields now opens its own pane with Dates & estimation, Statuses, and Types tabs, a running count of what still needs attention, and one Save and re-sync action.

- **Suggested mappings to start from.** Auto-map proposes a mapping based on Azure’s own state categories. Review it, adjust it, and save when it looks right.

## Improved

- **New sources import planning types only.** Epics, Features, Requirements, Tasks, and Bugs are selected by default, recognized by their Azure category rather than their name — so custom types are included too. Code Review Request, Feedback Response, Shared Steps, and Test Case stay available behind “Show anyway”.

- **Clearer Azure credential errors.** Import and publish failures now say whether a token expired, project access is missing, or Azure is temporarily unavailable, and Owners and Admins get an Update PAT action. A replacement token is checked before it replaces the working one.

- **Existing sources keep their choices.** Opening Configure fields or saving one field never changes which types a source imports.

## Bug Fixes

- **Work-item types with no Azure date fields no longer look broken.** They read “No date fields in Azure” instead of asking you to choose a field, and no longer count toward the items needing review.
