## New

- **Review Azure changes before they move.** Pull shows what changed and keeps conflicting GanttFather dates and statuses by default, while Restore from Azure remains an explicit choice.

- **Choose when GanttFather should win.** Push clearly identifies selected items that also changed in Azure DevOps. Confirming Send keeps the selected GanttFather values and overwrites those mapped Azure values; pulling first is optional.

## Improved

- **A guided Azure DevOps setup.** Connection, project, source, work-item types, dates and effort, statuses, and destination are reviewed as clear steps before the first pull.

- **A focused sync menu.** The project shortcut and Data & sync focus on the two everyday actions—Pull from Azure and Push to Azure. Initial import stays in setup, and full Sync source remains a Settings maintenance action.

- **Fresh Azure checks on every return.** Reopening Pull or Push after a comparison finishes requests a new server-authored comparison, so counts reflect current Azure changes; only a comparison request still in progress is shared.

- **Fewer sync detours.** Normal Pull stays compact with Keep my changes and Restore from Azure under Advanced. Review Pull opens those choices immediately, and completed or keep-local actions close the full sync flow.

- **Safer partial date updates.** If selected dates would form an invalid range with Azure’s current companion date, Send is disabled and no Azure write occurs. Review Pull opens Advanced to restore a coherent date range.
